Have you made sure Plex Media Server is running? When using the app, does it not see your server at all or does it show the server as unavailable?
It shows the server as unavailable/ unable to connect… I’ve tried the troubleshooting steps of signing out and I’m and making sure I have everything up to date but it’s still not connecting
Same problem. And on my Catalina Mac the Media Server won’t even open. Pops up for a split second then just disappears. On my new MacBook the Media Server loads but nothing will connect. Major faults in latest update I reckon. And what a joke to have to use forums. Should be able to contact them directly…
I totally agree, it’s quite frustrating to not be able to access something we are paying for. I was eventually able to fix mine by myself last night
Good to hear you fixed it, that means it can be done! May I ask how you fixed yours? I have given up at this point.
