Plex media scanner process start and run between specific times?

I am running Plex web Version 4.69.1
Is there an easy way to control when the plex media scanner process starts? At the moment it starts around 6p in the afternoon. I would prefer for this process to start at 2 in the morning and run only between certain hours.

Is this possible?

Disable both the automatic and the periodic library updates.
Then enable library scans during the server maintenance period, under
Settings - Server - Scheduled Tasks
Define the time window for the maintenance period on the same page.
