Don’t know if its too late but I had to turn off the Remember Selected Tab setting in WebClient-General to fix this issue of being stuck in Browse.
Now each time I click Live & DVR (or any other library) it goes to the Recommended tab.

The local web app is affected for some of us and still is after 2 updates to the application have been released. it there anyway to track if a release is supposed to have fixed a particular problem such as this one. I don’t know if people think it has been fixed and it hasn’t, or if it’s still being worked on.

I have recently been using app.plex.tv/desktop when I want to browse Live TV & DVR as an alternate to turning off Remember Selected Tab. app.plex.tv is also the way to see Movies&TV on Plex until the web app that comes with PMS updates to a newer version.
