Has anyone experienced any problems with the current Plex Media Server offered on Terra-Master NAS (F4-220) ??

I am currently running PMS Version 1.18.6.2368 on my F4-220 (TOS 4.1.30) without any problems for at least the last 30 days. Just curious if you guys think I should update to the latest PMS??
