Plex Media Server 1.41.6.9606 stopped getting metadata from .mp4

Plex no longer get metadata from .mp4 files, Scanner ‘Plex TV Series’, Agent ‘Plex Series’ title, description no longer appears, also .png file with same name is no longer default poster for episode but it is detected and can change manually in UI. Library has ‘Use local assets’ and ‘Prefer local metadata’ flags as TRUE. It was working before with exact same config and same library and files.
