I cannot see any crash reports for your server. Is crash reporting enabled ?
Please ensure it is in settings / server / general / show advanced
Also ensure debug logging is enabled in settings / server / general / show advanced
restart the server to get fresh logs
On next crash note down the time and restart the server and get the logs zip and attach with details of when the failure occurred

Thanks for the replay .
Crash reporting and debug logging are enabled.
The crash is happening in my Roku 3, I start to play a video and then 18 minutes latter stop and then it crash my Roku 3 and restart. This happen 2 more time at a different time wile watching the TV show.
I change to PMS 1.9.6.440 and watch again the show to test if my Roku crash but it did not crash.
A question, if the Roku crash PMS send a report, maybe is a problem with the Plex Pass preview channel for Roku - Version 5.0.5.
Should I install again Plex Media Server 1.9.7.4460.
Thanks for the help.

5.0.5 is now the general release version
To get diagnostics for the issue on roku app 5.0.5 and PMS 1.9.7.4460:
suggest you enable roku plex logging as well
Please read section on remote logging here https://support.plex.tv/hc/en-us/articles/201377603-Roku-Logs
Also if it definitely crashing within few minutes, add also verbose logging on the server settings =- you can remove that after you get the evidence
Please reproduce with 1.9.7.4460 and ensure running latest Plex for roku app and on latest roku firmware - what version?
Start by restarting the server to get server log recreated
reproduce the problem
when it crashes, note down the time and get the server logs and details of what plex account is used
Also on exactly what crashes - if the plex app crashes and you are back to the roku home page or if it is the roku itself re-crashes and reboots itself
please download server logs as advised here

I’m sorry for not writing back, to much work.
I did install PMS 1.9.7.4460 but I have not had any problems with my Roku 3 crashing, maybe the first time I install PMS 1.9.7.4460 something went wrong.
I would let you know if the problem come back.
Happy Thanksgiving.
