When I launch the server app all I get now is a blank web page. It used to take me to the Plex server homepage. The server is running because I can stream. I have reinstalled the app and it makes no difference.
Try accessing the server using either https://app.plex.tv/desktop or https://[your server ip address]:32400/web
If you’re using a browser on the same machine as the server, you should also be able to replace [your server ip address] by 127.0.0.1 or localhost (both refer to „this machine“)
Thanks, that works but why has the server app stopped launching the server home page?
Did you by chance change the default browser? I remember there had been issues when opening the browser from the menu bar icon for some Chrome users in the past (12+ months ago).
When I used Plex on my iMac it didn’t open the browser when starting the server app… at least I don’t remember it doing that 
No, I haven’t changed anything. I’ve been using Firefox since day 1. Until yesterday when I launched the server app it would open a browser page and take me to the server home page.
