I seem to be seeing an issue again where my PMS server won’t complete the autoupdate process. If I click install update from the interface, it tells me the “Grab a cup of tea thing” and then it never updates. If I go to the updates folder, the download is there, and if I install it manually it works fine. I had this issue in the past

I haven’t made any changes to my system. I have checked, and the Plex Auto Update service is running. I tried restarting it and doing the update thru the interface again, no success. I’m just curious if this is broken or if there are new steps to remediate it. I’m an IT “Engineer” so I’m happy to provide any level of logging, screenshots, etc that may be needed. This isn’t a huge issue for me, as I simply update it manually, but it’s nice to be able to update it when my other players prompt me (ie… AppleTV, Roku,etc). Any assistance would be great. Last time, I worked with OttoKerner and we were able to sort it out.

Latest security patches (yesterday was patch Tuesday)
Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0 (if needed for troubleshooting)
64gb ram
12 cores (Intel Xeon(r) CPU ES-1650 v3 @ 3.50ghz)
16 TB storage, with more than 793GB free on the primary C (system) volume.
