Can you grab the logs?

  1. Create the shared folder exactly as shown
  2. Restart Plex
  3. Wait 60 seconds
  4. Stop Plex
  5. Open FileStation , Navigate to the logs
  6. make a ZIP file and download
  7. Attach here
