From my experience, it’s the ISP.
ISP’s will change anything & everything without telling you .
There are many out there who don’t want Plex on their networks.
I’m not going to say this is your situation but the instant resolution does indicate it.
Well, thank you for the assist! It really means a lot, especially since I’ve been struggling with this the whole day. Time to go to bed and tomorrow continue to p**s off my ISP with all my downloads and streaming
