Cannot claim server

I have a ReadyNAS 316 and I cannot claim the server.

What happens when you visit http://192.168.1.2:32400/web via an incognito window?

The inPrivate browser has the same results.

What happens when you try to log in? are you getting any messages?

I do not see any messages.

Your server cannot communicate with plex.tv. If it cannot, then you cannot claim the server.

From Plex Media Server.log:
Jul 29, 2022 19:40:28.762 [0x7f7391afeb38] WARN - [HttpClient/HCl#a4] HTTP error requesting GET http://plex.tv/pms/:/ip (6, Couldn't resolve host name) (Could not resolve host: plex.tv)

Make sure the NAS has a stable Internet connection.

Also, check the DNS settings on the NAS.

Try using a public DNS such as 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 (Google), 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare) or 9.9.9.9 (Quad9).

Thanks all, that fixed it. I’ve had Plex and the NAS for several years and it worked fine until now. Next I will tackle the DVR.
