Plex media server doesn’t find my pc as server

Hi there!
I have a problem with Plex.
Maybe you can help me.
I installed Plex some months ago and it worked fine. Suddenly Plex server doesn’t find my computer.
There are no libraries or a way to add them and when I press the sing + to see my stuff it asks me to download Plex media server. I have uninstalled and erased cache, repaired, entered with other account but it doesn’t change. It’s still the same.

I had mounted a virtual drive to G. Drive with 7 or 8 tb of movies but I didn’t started using it.

Can you help me with this problem please?

Thanks in advance

Is the Plex icon present in the task tray, and does it remain there if you move your mouse pointer over it?
If not, go into the Windows registry, to the branch HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Plex, Inc.\Plex Media Server\ and look for the key LocalAppDataPath
If it does exist, note down the folder path inside. Then delete the key LocalAppDataPath.
Restart the computer and try again.

If that doesn’t help, perform this procedure https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/
Try different browsers.
Disable browser add-ins, like adblockers etc.
