Plex Media Server Carshing on Windows

Hi,

Plex media server is constantly crashing specially in the first atempts to access mp3 with plex client. I have followed all the sugested instructions with no success… (Windows: Repeated crashes of Plex Media Server | Plex Support). Help!!
