Plex Media Server Connection and Access Issues

Hi, I have this same issue.

I think the issue is that somehow on my wifi the plex.tv certificate is wrong.

I cannot access https://plex.tv and curl also fails

>curl -v https://plex.tv
*   Trying 52.18.140.61:443...
* Connected to plex.tv (52.18.140.61) port 443
* schannel: disabled automatic use of client certificate
* ALPN: curl offers http/1.1
* schannel: SNI or certificate check failed: SEC_E_WRONG_PRINCIPAL (0x80090322) - The target principal name is incorrect.
* Closing connection
* schannel: shutting down SSL/TLS connection with plex.tv port 443
curl: (60) schannel: SNI or certificate check failed: SEC_E_WRONG_PRINCIPAL (0x80090322) - The target principal name is incorrect.
More details here: https://curl.se/docs/sslcerts.html

curl failed to verify the legitimacy of the server and therefore could not
establish a secure connection to it. To learn more about this situation and
how to fix it, please visit the web page mentioned above.

My curl -v gives the exact same problem

Setting the DNS Server to the google DNS fixed the issue. It looks like my ISP’s DNS was messing something up

google DNS : 8.8.8.8

I turned off IPv6 in my adapter options and everything started working fine, don’t really know why. Thank you for all the help!
