Plex Media Server Crapped out

Plex Media Server out of nowhere just crapped out and I can’t turn it on. Every time I click on it it says it is damaged or incomplete. I was just using it. Tried downloading a new one from the site and that won’t work. The download also sys it won’t open. I’m running macOS High Sierra 10.13.6. Like I said it was just working fine . . . . then down.
