Plex media server crashes due to ucrtbase.dll frequently since new mobo install

Ever since I upgraded my motherboard to MSI B550 Mortar Wifi, the PMS service will crash every 1-2 hours, forcing me to restart the service to resume function. Each time this happens, event viewer shows an application error with ucrtbase.dll version 10.0.19041.789 as the supposed culprit.

I have tried updating to the latest version of PMS, installing any windows updates and installing the relevant drivers and BIOS update for my new mobo, all to no avail.

If you run with debug logging enabled and capture the server logs zip after a crash, can have a look to see what was happening

Are there any crash dmp files in %LocalAppData%%\CrashDumps ?
