Plex Media Server crashes while watching Live TV

I have 2 Plex servers on the same network. Both are running Windows 10 with WinTV QuadHD cards. On this particular server, I can’t watch live TV longer than a few minutes without the server crashing. The other computer, which is a little older, has no problems. I’ve attached log files and database files. Please help me figure this one out.
