Plex Server keeps crashing when trying to watch live TV

Server Version#: 1.18.2.2058
Player Version#: All *including webpage from server)
I recently noticed when I try to watch live TV the server crashes immediately. I am not sure when this started, but it is easily reproducible. It doesn’t matter if I try and watch from server, or remote, all cause it to crash.

Server details:
Windows 10 1909
Processor Intel® Core™ i7-8700 CPU
Display Adapter: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (driver 441.66)
