Plex Media Server Crashing Often

Server Version#: 1.23.5
Player Version#: 7.21 (Apple TV)

Hi. I’ve been seeing an increase in server crashes of late. On both 1.23.4 and 1.23.5 (latest beta). Would anyone be able to provide some insight? I really can’t remember the last time the server crashed this frequently.

I haven’t seen that behavior on my own Mac.
Would you mind sharing some background on your setup (e.g. macOS version, Intel vs. M1…) and maybe the full logs – that snippet isn’t really telling all that much :wink:

Sure. I assumed you guys could look up the details since the crash reports were sent to Plex. :slight_smile:

Hardware:
Mac mini (2018) (11.3)
3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7
32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4
Readonly SMB mounts to multiple Synology 1819+ NAS devices.

Is there an easy way to strip all the sensitive stuff out of these logs like, usernames, IPs and e-mails?

Plex should have access to those crash reports (not your logs); forum members don’t :wink:
