Plex Media Server crashing on startup

Server crashes immediately on startup. I’ve downgraded from v1.19.3.2793 and also repaired the databases but the problem persists.

When I start the server from the command line I get these errors:

Error starting framework core for /Applications/Plex Media Server.app/Contents/Resources/Plug-ins-ef515a800/LocalMedia.bundle.
Error starting framework core for /Applications/Plex Media Server.app/Contents/Resources/Plug-ins-ef515a800/Musicbrainz.bundle.
Error starting framework core for /Applications/Plex Media Server.app/Contents/Resources/Plug-ins-ef515a800/MoviePosterDB.bundle.

I’ve attached the crash report. Does anyone have any thoughts or can you let me know what the .dmp file says to lead me in the right direction?
