The process to diagnose a deadlock (503 error) is outlined in the thread. I encourage you to try to get diagnostics to send in - I figure the more people that send in data, the better they will be able to nail what is causing the issue. I understand it is frustrating to have to do this for paid software, but here we are and we need to get to a fix somehow. If sending in data to Plex speeds up the process, I’m all for it.
I used to have DVR set up on my system as well, but deleted the tuner because we use YouTube TV now. Looking at the hard drive where all of my DVR content used to go, I noticed that there is still the “.grab” file folder with nothing in it. Looking through my logs I also notice that Plex still “sees” my HDHomerun tuner although it is not set up to be used by Plex anymore - I only use the HDHomerun with their apps on Android TV (which is almost never). I wonder if this has anything to do with the issue? I honestly have no clue.
