HI there been running Plex Media Server on my QNAP TS-453 Pro for around 4 years. I have my QNAP on a power schedule (it powers off between 01:00AM and 05:00AM each morning to save on power since nobody is generally needing media at that time of the night.
Over the last few days I’ve noticed that PLEX isn’t available from any of the clients on the LAN even though the QNAP shows the Plex app as running. When I restart the PLex server from the QNAP app center everything seems to work ok again. I’ve downloaded the PMS logs and see a “Plex Crash Uploader.1.log” at 05:12.
Could anyone post any pointers on how to diagnose this? I’m happy to upload server logs here, from what I can tell beyond my email address there isn’t anything too sensitive in there but happy to take advice.
