Plex (QNAP) Crashing on startup

For the last day or so I’ve noticed my plex server crashing pretty much instantly on startup. It looks to be tied to opening the web client, as I can I play music thru PlexAmp, watch video thru AppleTV concurrently - but ~6 seconds after opening the web client (https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/) the server crashes.

There’s no saved crash reports but I do see a reference to the uploaded crash report to Sentry.

Try rebooting your QNAP NAS. I had the same issue with PMS version 1.27.2 and QNAP firmware version 5.0.0.2055.

I tried that - same QNAP and PMS versions - no joy. As long as the web client is open - the server dies.
