PMS sometimes very heavy cpu usage, but a i dont know why

I have plexpass and HW transcode, and i have only 720p / sd content

Cpu: i5 10400
Win 11 stable

Now 15 play sametime, 3 hw transcode, and 12 direct play
And cpu usage:

  • no added new item
  • no hdr transcode
  • no 4k transcode
  • no any special things
