Attempted to access Plex several times over the last week or so, to find that PMS is not running on my server. I restart PMS only to find it not running again the next day. I don’t know how often it has been crashing, but it definitely is at least on a daily basis.

Looking at your logs you have very similar debug statements. My set-up kept killing episodes while yours killed the server. I had to give up due to lack of help, and uninstall 1.15.0.659 and go back to 1.14.1.5488. The older version restored functionality.
1.15.0.659 on Windows 7/64, and I’m getting frequent and repeatable crashes when doing anything with libraries beyond a routine scan (and even that can be iffy.) I’m also seeing periodic crashes after a few hours use – PMS and other components will go down, the PlexScriptHost will stay up.
The major part of the problem has come to light with trying to modify libraries – I had a drive go AWOL for a bit, and as a precaution I’m moving the contents to a newer, larger pair of drives. When I edit the library pointers to aim at the new folders, save fails, and repeating the attempt causes PMS to ■■■■ the bed, I’ve literally restarted it forty times today, and done reboots and a reinstall, and generally gotten more and more pissed off. The crashes even happen when I attempt to delete a library.
I’ve gotten a new pointer in on one library, but can’t get rid of the old one. With another library I did get a pointer changed – the other two folders, though, still have their old pointers and I can’t add new.
PMS is staying upright on the other server, but this might well be due to it not seeing a lot of library changing action.
Right now I have PMS doing a database optimization, and so far so good – it crashed on deleting bundles and emptying trash, however.

Spoke too soon – PMS on Brain crashed when I started a library scan, and PMS on Bearcub (where this came to light) munged the database enough that I had to restore a backup.
Plex crashed three (3) times tonight alone.
Is no one at Plex going to reply and verify they’ve seen this?
