Plex Media Server/NAS synology - failing in updating library when adding new media

Hi I’m a loyal Pless Pass Subscriber… Im’ exeperincing some issues just after the last update on my Plex Media Serve on my Synology NAS (never had this problem before):

  • When i add new movies / media to my library and “update Library as usual) the media does not appear in the library not present in library folder nor shown in Recently added media”

P.S. I also use DV Video coming from Synology app and here all is working fine

Does someone has same problema an can help in any way?
