My Plex for some reason now has a new Admin user that was an account I created awhile back. The other account (The one i always use) was demoted to a “Younger Audience” Managed user. Since I’ve noticed this change I can’t see any way to switch the Younger one back to the Admin. On top of that. There’s no content on my plex anymore for me to see. Friends can see the stuff still just not me.

Potentially a similar issue here, but without the two accounts; just one account. I can no longer see my own Plex server, but my friends can see mine. This issue started sometime today (Friday, August 5th, PDT) I have absolutely no idea what’s going on. I’ve recreated the server with a new claim code, rebooted, and checked settings. Now it’s started to load on my iPhone again, but no luck with Safari, Chrome, or Plex for Mac.
Server is Docker on Ubuntu, latest - updated about 10 days ago

You don’t seem to have a server connected to your Plex account. So it is pretty normal that you can’t access your server.
You have created a managed user. You have probably switched your client to that user. Switch back. Fast User Switching | Plex Support
n.b. Plex Media Player is obsolete
