Has anyone else find that when loading up new TV Shows onto the Plex server episode 3 is never found.
I have loaded multiple tv shows and everything is named correctly all episodes are found EXCEPT episode 3 every time.
Is there a fix for this?
By the way this has been happening for over 3 years.

still happening another 2 years later. If I change the file name from e03 to any other number it is found.
I think it only happens to you. Can you enable debug log and re-add a season of a tvshow and then share the logs with us?
That is not normal behavior and for to be still present 3 years latter. If you offer an example of how you have your TV shows setup and named. We can eliminate that possible.
All hearsay and innuendo until we see some show names, file names and structures.
Mystery Shows can’t be tested.
And their file names and structures can’t be copied from the test - to show what worked - to be compared with what didn’t.

I don’t think your image is gonna make it…
You might have to actually type the name of The Mystery Show.
It’s every tv show I load not a mystery every single one. Logging into pc now to send proper pics.
That means nothing.
It shows nothing.
There’s no way to fix anything with that.
Do this:
Open an episode 2 of something
Click the dots
Get info
Grab that image.
This is the file structure. Notice episode 7 is actually episode 3. I had to do that to have the server find it

Is “TV” the TV Show Library?
What do you have as far as Folders in Add Folders when you edit the TV Show Library. <—I’d show you mine, but that would just confuse things…lol
Yes NAzTV is my main folder for the library when I add shows I create a new folder for that sho by name. Then add a folder inside there for season
Problem is episode 3 gets skipped every time any show for years now
Edit the TV Show Library.
go to Add Folders
Grab that image:
Now… the idea is you ONLY add TV Show Library Folders - you can have as many as you want (within reason).
You do NOT add TV Show Folders to Add Folders.
You ONLY add the TV Show Library Folder. Once.
