Plex Media Server not linking to libraries

Plex Media Server Version: 1.27.1.5916-6b0e31a64
Plex Player Version: 1.47.1
I’ve used Plex for many years and I have a Lifetime Pass. I’ve never had any problems I couldn’t fix before but I’m stuck with this one. Plex using my own media just does not work.
When I try and open the server I get a browser window that says 500 internal server error
When I open the Plex app my media libraries are there but do not appear to be linked to the server. When I open a library I get the message: Something went wrong. An unexpected error occurred. Sometimes I get a message that my account is not available. I’ve tried logging out and in again but it makes no difference.
There is also a mystery library in my list labelled Movies. I did not create this library and it is not part of my media libraries list. I have tried deleting this library but it reappears. When I open it it says it’s empty.
I am lost without Plex. Can anyone help?

Server logs might shed some light on what’s going wrong (see link on how to obtain those manually).

I’ve attached the Plex Media Server log here. It’s beyond my expertise.

Your server’s database is corrupted:

Thanks. I have multiple com.plexapp.plugins.library.db files with different dates and multiple com.plexapp.plugins.library.blobs.db with different dates. Should I delete all?

The dated versions are usually backups of the database.
As for deleting them all… that depends what step from the above list you’re trying to execute.

Thanks for your help. Looks like it’s worked! Libraries still updating but most stuff seems to be there and PlexAmp is working again. Great stuff.
