I installed Plex Media Server on a mac mini ( running Ventura) to connect to a WD Mycloud NAS. Both are hardwired to the same router . I mounted WD Mycloud via SMB to the mac mini and is available as /Volume/Movies.
However, when I try to access the volume from plex , it says Movies is unavailable. It does see the Movies folder, but throws this error if I try to add it as a media folder. Am I missing any setting.
Have you verified Plex is allowed to access your drive?
