Yes it seems the same problem, after around 10 mins of movies starting to hang and after that it stops and app restarting , i uploaded short video to see what is happening.

In my case, after updating, the server has stopped and does not get up.
I am having the same issue. I have just updated my shield, when I fire up plex the server has been switched off. I go to turn it on in the settings and the plex app crashes and restarts
I too am having this issue. Just cancelled Plex Pass over this, because the same exact thing happened the last time they released an update for the Shield app. If I try to “Start” Plex Server from within the Settings section, the app reboots itself.
A fix was released in beta 1.16.4 of Plex Media Server
