Plex Media Server running yet not accessible after update

May I please see the ZIP file of the Logs directory from the Plex share on the Synology ??

I need information. This is getting frustrating for both of us.

I’m not using a Synology, and I don’t know how to say this without being rude or cocky but I don’t need help anymore. I’m sorry if I wasted any time, I really appreciate that you helped me even if it didn’t achieve the fix we both wanted.
