I’m at a loss. If you ain’t down with a Windows reinstall or rolling back to a restore point then you may try one or more of the “All-In-One” installer/uninstallers out there.
Please bare in mind. These “All-In-Wonders” are not made by nor endorsed by Microsoft.
So, I guess a use at your own risk disclaimer should be said.
