I recently had to restart my Shield and when it started up again, I was given a message that Plex Media Server had Stopped Working. I went into the Plex app and everything came up fine except when I tried to play a video, it said that PMS was unavailable. When I did get it to play something, it played an optimized version that it was transcoding because the required bandwidth was XXXX and only XXXX was available, meaning plex was detecting my shield, the same shield the server resides on, was outside of my home network. This shield is connected via Ethernet. I tried another shield in another room and there was no issue. Tried plex on iOS, no issue. The problem only occurs on the shield where the server resides and happens every time I restart the server. Help?

Same here, every time I reboot. Latest release must have some bugs.
