Plex Media Server Stops when I start playback

I recently set up Plex playback on my Roku TV. Everything was running smoothly for about 1/4 through a movie then my server stopped. I’m running the plex media server off a Pepper Jobs mini PC and have a static IP set.

Nothing has changed in my setup, but interestingly enough each time I start the server again and try playback on my Roku TV, the server stops. Now ANY location I start to play something from Plex my server shuts down and I have to manually start it again in my windows task tray.

I tried enabling insecure connections (on same network) with no luck.

Does anyone have any ideas? Let me know if you need additional info to help me troubleshoot this. Cheers.

Had a similar problem turn off hardware accelerated transcoding and see if that fixes it.
