Plex Media Player has no trouble playing my media, but Plex server and Roku fail. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Mind sharing some more details?
- what versions of the Plex for Roku client and Plex Media Server are we talking about?
- is this only about certain media or all of it? – if it’s only some items that won’t play… could you share some of the technical details of those files? https://support.plex.tv/articles/201998867-investigate-media-information-and-formats/

It is certain files that don’t play. An example of a file that does not play on the media server, but does play on Roku is:

That AVI file is going to transcode and so is the one with 14.985fps.
Got the transcoder disabled?

No, as far as I can tell, the transcder is not disabled.
I did notice two other errors though. Under general, it says that the server is unclaimed, and when I click the CLAIM SERVER button nothing happens.
