Plex media server thinks all videos are only 37 seconds long

Server Version#: 1.42.2.10156
Player Version#: using web app
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

No matter what video I select, when the play starts, Plex shows that the video is only 37 seconds long and it stops after 37 seconds. I have rebuilt the metadata, clearer server cache and verified that I have the recommended settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not going to try to look thru the random logs you posted, Please see the linked article about server logs on how to upload a zip with your logs included.

Thanks for the info on downloading logs. I cleaned out the logs, restarted the server, played a video (37 seconds) and then gathered the logs.

I figuredout why Plex is only playing 37 seconds. For reasons that I don’t understand yet, all of my videos have a length property of 37 seconds. Anybody know how to update the length in the properties?

Are you using 3rd-party apps or add-ons for Plex?
