Looks like a deadlock.
We have just fixed a cause for deadlocks in the latest 1.28.2 beta - see release note:
- Server could hang in certain circumstances (#13758)
Please update to the beta and if the issue of the server becoming inaccessible persist, please obtain the following deadlocks diagnostics:
Diagnostics for a deadlock / lockout and subsequent Error 503s (Mac OS)
These are superseded now by the set in the next post.
