Once or twice a week, I open Plex on my phone and my server is offline. I go to my server computer, and it’s online and PMS is running. I open the Plex app on that same computer, it gives me this error. I close PMS on my computer, reopen it, and everything starts working normally again. This has been going on for about a month

I am going to send you an alpha build 1.28.1.6018 which has a fix for an issue that may lead to deadlocks and crashes

If you continue to have hangs then will need to get more diagnostics which is covered in one of my posts in the message thread
Please Media Server 1.28.2 has just been released as a beta release
It has a fix for a deadlocks issue that was identified last week
- Server could hang in certain circumstances (#13758)
