I am running plex media server and wants to update to the newest version. But when I click on download I get a file I don’t recognise and have to manually install which I don’t know how. If I uninstall the server and try to install again it doesn’t work. So what can I do ?
Where are you clicking download? Provide a screen shot.
Can you explain the issue more? You said you uninstalled but your screen shot shows pms running. Are you getting an error when you run the installer you downloaded?
I tried uninstalling PMS from my machine again, this time it worked
