Plex Media Server will not recognize a library and I am unable to delete the library

It seems that my library where I have my Movies will not load and gives the message " There was an unexpected error loading the dashboard
Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems" where the movie images would be.

I believe the library may have been corrupted, as my library with TV Shows has no issues. These are both being loaded from an external hard drive. Thanks in advance. I have attached the logs.

I see in your log an issue I’ve seen before. One of your files has a time/date entry that is bad which PMS can’t read so it gives an error. If you can identify this item and do the Plex Dance, that may clear the issue. Otherwise, we will need to manually edit your database to remove the bad entry.

To try and identify this item, view your library and sort it by the title. Scroll your list and see if the list stops unexpectedly. If it does, then the first missing item is the problem child.

Thanks for the response! I can’t seem to identify it, but I think I will manually move things 1 by 1 i suppose. What do you mean by time/date entry? Is it name of file not having a year in parentheses?
