Cracked it, and it’s my fault entirely.
I had an application called Resilio installed, guess what port it was using.
What’s completely bizarre is I have had Resilio installed for years, so long I forgot it was there entirely.

Thank you for your help with this!
In the end Wireshark saved the day, I saw seeing lots of residential IP addresses sending small packets of data that could only have been e.g. bittorrent traffic.
I have a large file sat on a resilio account sharing away, totally forgot about it.
