Plex madia server not working

When I try to run plex server on mac, for a second the menu bar icon shows itself and than it dies. Itried a celan unistall and a new install. What can be done? I am running OSX 11.4.

You could mention what version of Plex Media Server that is.
Have you already checked if the server is creating some logs during this attempt to start? Even if the server isn’t running you should be able to manually check those out

OK, These are my logs. The detabase is corruted etc. I still do not know what is to be done. Appriciate the hel!

Well… that’s pretty much telling it all: you’ve got a strong case of corrupted database.

Step 1: you could attempt to repair that database

Step 2: of step 1 fails you can try to restore your database to the last available backup created by Plex during maintenance. This way you’ll lose all changes done since the last backup.
