I am running two plex media servers - one on a win10 i5 desktop and one on a win10 i7 laptop - both are using the same HD homerun prime tuner. I think the server settings are the same but when watching the laptop server via rokus I only get closed captions when I enable mpeg2 and I have to do that each time I change channels. When watching the desktop I get closed captions on all channels and do not have mpeg2 enabled. Why am I having the issue on the laptop? The player is the same. Let me know if I chose the wrong tag.
