Plex Media Server won't launch

Player Version#:3.104.2

Media Server suddenly stopped working.
When I try to launch nothing happens.

When I try to “run as administrator” I get this error: "Windows cannot find ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Plex Media Server.exe’. When I manually search for it, the file is there.

The only significant changes were I uninstalled all Avast antivirus and other software yesterday and installed Malwarebytes. I also included Plex Media Server exe files as exceptions in Malwarebytes.

I also tried repairing, uninstalling/reinstalling the media server.

Any help is appreciated.
