My videos won’t play on my fire tv anymore. They were working earlier today and now nothing again. Why am I paying for a service that keeps not working?
Mind sharing some more details on what exactly is / isn’t working?
e.g. but not limited to: what Fire TV model is this about and what version of Plex do you have installed as client on the Fire TV / server? Are those videos still playing on other clients / via Plex Web?
I honestly don’t understand any of this. I don’t know why it’s impossible to contact plex to tell them that the system is broken. I was watching movies earlier this morning. Left for a few hours and now nothing will play. What information is needed? I didn’t even do anything other than leave my house for a few hours. I don’t understand this enough to pay for a service I can’t use.
Fire tv stick 4k with the latest version whatever that is. Plex media server on windows with the latest version whatever that is… I only watch videos through the fire tv stick so don’t even mess with the web version other than running the media server on it.
The FireTVs are known to cause all kinds of issues. Have you tried something simple like restarting the Plex client on the FireTV or rebooting the FireTV itself?
