Plex Media Server won't start

This is my first time posting and I am not very technical. This plex server is running on a windows 10 system dedicated to Plex. I can’t open the server to check the version but above is what’s listed on the properties panel of the .exe file. I updated to a 64 bit version and rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled but still doesn’t work.

This forum post will not let me cut and paste the “Plex Media Server” file in the Logs folder.

I hope someone can help!

Zip the folder beforehand.

Does the Plex icon appear in the task tray area?
If so, does it remain if you move your mouse pointer over it?
Do you have Torrent client software running on the same computer?

The icon does appear but goes away when I mouse over it. Even if I don’t mouse over it, the client software on another device does not see the server.

I don’t have any torrent software running.
