i just installed plex medis server but it won`t launch
Are you using the 32 or 64 bit Windows version? Is this a first time install on this machine or was it on there before? If it was on it before a corrupt database can cause it not to launch in which case you can try to restore a database backup

Can you check if is is creating any server logs
How are you trying to open the server?

I am having this same issue. 64 bit Windows version. New computer. I’ve installed and uninstalled several times. Nothing helps. When I click that link I get the Plex web app.
