I read the documentation, and we can't be installed server mode in rasplex.

Saying it would be too heavy that client and server running on the raspberry.

But my question is, there are any way to install "plex media server" without client under raspberry?

No. The general point of the post is that RasPlex is the port of Plex Home Theater not Plex Media Server.

While the post suggests it may technically be feasible to get a PMS variant installed on a RPi, its not supported by RasPlex and would be very poor performing. It is not the combination of PMS and PHT on RPi thats the concern, PMS alone on the RPi would be too much for it.
