Today my my home users attempted to use Plex and informed me all they got was the home dash with no media. I looked into is and discovered ALL my Home User has no access to any media. I also noticed all my managed users are gone! I am at a loss of how this happened as everyone was using it last night! I even restored Plex from a full disk backup from 3 days before and Im having the same problem. I’ve logged out of my master account and logged back in and not seeing and resolution. Could someone please advise as to what may be going on?
Update: So I do see all external users are there when I go to View All Friends but there access is still missing also.
Final Resolution: I was able to resolve this issue by logging in to my plex server locally and signing out. I then signed back in and reclaimed my server. Once I did that I did have to share out my resources for all my Home and managed users. It did retain any custom restrictions I had set for my users. A bit of a pain but this was the only way I was able to remediate the problem.
